Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SRM Tribe (trading under LeanPea Ltd.) ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using any of our services (the “Service” or “Services”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Description

SRM Tribe provides business insight services including, but not limited to:

  • Voice of the Supplier Surveys

  • Competency Assessments

  • Business Capability Assessments

These services are designed to help organisations gain deeper insights into supplier relationships, individual and team competencies, and organisational capabilities. Our Services are delivered via digital surveys, assessments, and/or structured research tools. No user account is required to participate in any of our Services.

2. Payment Terms

All payments for participation in Services or access to deliverables (e.g., reports or research findings) are made via invoice or purchase order. Specific payment terms are detailed in the corresponding invoice or purchase order agreement.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide our Services effectively:

  • Email Addresses
    Email addresses are collected for administrative purposes, such as delivering a survey or sending a report. These are deleted upon completion of the Service, unless you explicitly opt in to receive marketing communications or our Substack newsletter.

  • Business Information
    For segmentation and analytical purposes, we may collect non-personal, business-related information such as industry, location, and business unit. This does not include any personally identifiable information (PII).

  • Competency Assessments
    In the case of competency assessments, your data may be temporarily stored to generate your individual report. Once this report has been delivered, all identifiable information will be deleted unless you have explicitly opted in for it to be retained.

We are fully compliant with the UK GDPR and take great care to ensure responsible data handling, storage, and deletion.

4. Use of Data and Research Insights

We may publish, share, or sell anonymised and aggregated data gathered through our Services—including voice of the supplier surveys, competency assessments, and business capability assessments—with third parties, partners, or research organisations.

Any data shared externally will:

  • Be anonymised or aggregated

  • Relate only to the specific study or Service undertaken

  • Contain no personally identifiable information

5. Marketing, Communications & Opting Out

You will only receive marketing communications or our newsletter if you have explicitly opted in. You may withdraw your consent or opt out of future communications at any time by contacting matt@srmtribe.com. This includes requests to delete your data, unsubscribe from emails, or manage communication preferences.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and deliverables provided through our Services—including surveys, frameworks, assessments, reports, and analysis—are the intellectual property of SRM Tribe (trading under LeanPea Ltd.) and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are intended for strategic and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any findings or insights. SRM Tribe accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, any information or Service we provide.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page and will take effect from the revised date specified.
