1. What services does SRM Tribe offer?

SRM Tribe provides strategic insight services to organisations through voice of the supplier surveys, competency assessments, and business capability assessments. Our work helps clients gain objective insights into supplier relationships, team skills, and organisational effectiveness.

2. Do I need to create an account to complete a survey or assessment?

No. Participation in our surveys and assessments does not require account creation. We keep the process simple and efficient for all participants.

3. How is my data used?

We collect only the data necessary to deliver the specific service. This may include your email address (for delivery and communication purposes) and non-personal business information such as industry, region, and business unit. All data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR standards and is either deleted after use or anonymised for analysis. We never sell or share personally identifiable information.

4. What happens to my email address after the survey or assessment?

Email addresses are deleted once the service is complete—unless you have explicitly opted in to receive our newsletter or marketing updates.

5. Is my personal information shared with third parties?

No personally identifiable data is ever shared with third parties. We may share or publish aggregated, anonymised insights as part of our research offerings, but no individual or organisation will be identifiable in that data.

6. How do I opt out of future communications?

You can opt out at any time by contacting us at matt@srmtribe.com. We’ll promptly remove you from our communications list and delete any retained data where appropriate.

7. Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds, as our services involve upfront time, expertise, and custom work. However, if there is a problem, we are committed to working with you to find a reasonable and fair resolution. Please reach out if you have concerns—we’re here to help.

8. Can I use the reports and materials provided for internal purposes?

Yes, you are welcome to use any reports or outputs we deliver internally within your organisation. However, these materials remain the intellectual property of SRM Tribe and may not be shared externally or published without our written consent.
