SRM Tribe provides Voice of the Supplier surveys and related services to help organisations improve supplier relationships and make smarter procurement decisions. We act as a data controller when processing your personal data for our own business purposes.

An example of why we may do this, is to build industry insights and further reports with partners about trends within supplier relationship management & business generally. You will never be identifiable, neither will your organisation.

If we transfer data outside the UK, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or similar legal mechanisms.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal, regulatory, or reporting requirements. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised. We only collect your name and email address. Therefore, after a survey is completed and the final report is with your business, we delete your name and your email address. The only way we can retain your email address for marketing emails and so you can receive our SubStack newsletter is if you specifically click "yes" and "opt-in" during the survey.
